At least that’s what businesswoman Leeanna Bailey would say.At the tender age of 23 she launched her own business, Frame of Mind in downtown Canton. Three years later, her business is thriving, she’s expanding and she’s opening a second store in the St. Lawrence Center Mall in Massena. Although she had love of the craft, passion for the business and years of experience under her belt, it didn’t come easy.
